The military trend is nothing new to some of us. It was resuscitated in 2008/2009, with a 1980's flare to it. I was photographed @ The society events 1 year anniversary with a mean Vintage Heritage 1980's military jacket on. This time it has a classier subtle look for the Fall/Winter 2010 trend. Camel (which is like the new black), Olive, Black or Grey are fly colors or what ever colors you. All I know is when I rock mine... "I'm a keep my jacket on"...(Pics Inside)

BRAND WATCH ALERT. The Brooklyn Circus is an emerging mens and womens boutique and "lifestyle" brand which began in 2006 in a small shop in Brooklyn, New York City, with a second boutique that has open up in San Francisco. I caught wind of this brand about a year ago and I've been following the movement since. The Brooklyn Circus is the boutique, the BKC is the brand. And for many people the BKC has become a lifestyle brand. What I love most about this brand is a lot of the pieces are able to flow from season to season and it is style over fashion. (Pics inside)

Clap for her! Halle Berry is on the cover of the September 2010 issue of Vogue. One of the most important cover of fashion magazines and most important month for fashion out of the year...It may not mean nothing to you but it means something to me. She is the first Black woman to grace the cover of the magazines biggest issue since Naomi Campbell in 1989. Dear Summer...
…Hopefully you’ll miss me and I gave you style and lines to remember me. They say all good things must come to an end but maybe that’s where it all begins. And no I don’t blame you and it’s not your fault...I just wanted you to shine and stay warm over the solstice and equinox. We had fun together, loved the sunny days but couldn’t face your bad weather. I wanted to travel first class to change the forecast but watching you I let time pass. And although there were grey skies, you'd give me some sunny days and some rain so I can sneak in. I hope to see your glow through this winter because it can be so cold. I know you have to Fall for now, but not forever, sooner or later it will be time to grow so we can be reunited again and it will feel so good...but while you're away please show the same love to my friend...Dear Summer.

Inception-al Sabbatical...
