Enter Galactic...I've been posting a lot of videos that echo my state of mind lately. I'm in the process of building the soundtrack to my life. We won an oscar for being cool and well, now I want a grammy...for being cool. I told you this is my movie and my scores are just as important to me as my scenes are...well almost, because silence speak volume at times. From Metropolis to The ArchAndroid (Albums) she's just an Alien from outer-space, her name, Janelle Monae...I think I've got an orange soda;). If you haven't picked up both albums yet...trust me you won't be disappointed...Diddy really gets a thumbs up for this one..."Take That". Lets just say I love the album but I have one song stuck on repeat that in my opinion channels Lauren Hills spirit and it's Neon Valley Street...may the song and this blog reach your heart...

I ran across her video by accident a few times and she's beautiful, creative and fresh. Thanks for reminding me of her! I don't always have a pen/pencil handy to write stuff down so this reminder was oh so helpful :-)
