"Make Black History everyday...I don't need a month"

So I came across a new project "Sewn From The Soul", an online editorial in representation of Black History Month a couple of days ago from one of my favorite blogs, Street Etiquette. I had to re-post the February editorial well because we "Make Black History everyday...We don't need a month."
The video and photography is meant to honor and recognize prominent individuals such as Gordon Parks, Miles Davis, Dr. Cornel West and many more. Street Etiquette has intertwine style and history within their blog and I've always been fascinated at how we use to take pride in our appearance. "History is important as it gives us the ability to trace back what has occurred previously to help us better direct ourselves to the future. Style contributes to one’s overall character and truly dictates our persona in everything that surrounds us."
