In The Beginning...

So after months and months of indecisiveness of what I should name my blog, I decided to go with "A Bushel and A Peck." Now I'm sure most of you are asking yourselves WTH is "A Bushel and A Peck." Well when I was younger my favorite person in the world, my grammy (yes grammy) use to equate her love for me by saying she loves me " A Bushel and A Peck and A Hug around the neck." I never knew what that phrase actually meant, but regardless of it's true meaning, for me it represents an unconditional love that you only find in certain people, places and spaces. A Bushel and A Peck is just that, all the things I love: My family, Friends, Myself:), Music, Poetry, Fashion, Entertainment and any Uber cool shit that tickles my fancy.
